Community Manager

Springtime Technologies is seeking a Community Manager to build and energize a connected network of finance shared services leaders across our ideal customer profile of global enterprises. This role will drive engagement around Springtime and our InvoiceTrack product through events, content-led nurture, and account-based community building, with a strong focus on human connection and market relevance. For this position, we are open to hiring either in Vienna or London.

Springtime’s AI-driven AP automation platform is designed to automate invoice processing and reconciliation for global enterprises, so this role sits at the intersection of customer community, demand generation, and strategic account engagement. We're looking for a proactive, AI-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a tangible impact in a growing company.

You bring confidence, high energy, and a positive, can-do attitude, and you're naturally organized and eager to take ownership. You genuinely enjoy connecting with people, feel comfortable representing the company at events, and bring an approachable, upbeat personality to every interaction.

We're looking for someone who is ambitious, eager to learn, committed to continuous growth, and excited to develop their career while growing alongside the business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a Shared Services community of prospects and customers across ~750 target enterprise accounts. Turn the market into a connected, Springtime-associated peer network.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute ~3 events per year with SSON and ABSL, including webinars and conferences. Negotiate terms and manage delivery end-to-end.
  • Deliver approximately 8 external webinars per year via SSON’s platform. Coordinate speakers, content, and follow-up to maximize pipeline impact.
  • Organize Springtime’s own webinar calendar (~6 per year) and lead the annual customer forum / user group, plus a programme of business dinners - coordinating all onsite logistics.
  • Manage monthly nurture emails in Pipedrive for different prospect groups - minimum every 4 weeks. Research accounts to determine ABM motion and shape outreach by account category.
  • Track participation, engagement, and response data. Identify trends, improve targeting, and report clearly on community and pipeline impact.
  • Own and manage the community and events budget, reporting to the CRO on spend and return on investment.
  • Champion AI-enabled tools for segmentation, efficiency, and prioritization - while keeping relationship-building at the center of the role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
