Levellr is the enterprise community intelligence and management solution for Discord & Reddit, used by some of the world’s largest gaming companies (Scopely, Krafton, Epic), and brands (Google, YouTube) to help them grow, manage and monetise their communities.

These brands trust Levellr with their most valuable asset: their community. As a Community Manager, you’ll own and be accountable to that trust for the clients on your roster. You’ll partner closely with our in-house specialists, plan and run activations that turn members into fans, and report back real business impact in language your clients’ businesses care about. You won’t do every job yourself – you’ll make sure the right work happens, in the right order, and that your clients are constantly face to face with the business value their community spaces provide.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Own the health and business value of assigned client communities – the single point of accountability for community strategy, performance, and client trust
  • Collaborate across our in-house technical, creative, and moderation functions to ensure consistent day-to-day delivery of services, while maintaining a laser focus on and elevating the client’s strategic priorities and key objectives
  • Plan and run community initiatives and activations – campaigns, AMAs, competitions, and events that hit engagement and growth KPIs on an agreed monthly cadence
  • Own executive-ready reporting – translating engagement, wins/losses, and competitive insight into a business-impact story your client’s own stakeholders find credible
  • Serve as the voice of the client to stakeholders across the business, including Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure Levellr is building with and for our clients

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
