About Qube
The Qube is the world’s first members’ studio for content creators. Merging a meaningful community of a members’ club with the magic of a creative studio and the convenience of a co-working space. Our curated community of musicians, producers, podcasters, YouTubers, artists, photographers, and creative entrepreneurs share a membership that celebrates diversity and inclusivity.
With four London sites open, home to a thriving community of hundreds of professional creators across the creative disciplines, we’re now growing quickly to multiple exciting new venues. Our newest and most ambitious site opens in Shoreditch in 2026.
The Role
As Community Manager at Qube Shoreditch, you will be the day-to-day, front-facing point of contact for members and workspace clients, supporting the General Manager in keeping the site running smoothly and members well looked after.
This is a hands-on role focused on member experience, communications, and onboarding, and you'll also be the person manning reception, so you're genuinely the first face members and guests see when they walk in. It sits alongside a dedicated Studio Manager, who owns studio standards and equipment, so this role is about the people side of the building: welcoming members, resolving day-to-day queries, and making sure everyone gets a great experience from their first tour onward.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
