Community Marketing Lead - Full time, London based

LevelOut is growing, and with big plans ahead we’re looking for a Community Marketing Lead to join the team. This role will focus on managing local marketing activations that keep driving footfall into studios. From supporting new studio launches and events, to driving local partnerships and visibility, this is a varied and exciting role that has potential to make a big impact across the business.

Who are we looking for?

For this role energy and drive is more important to us than experience. We’re looking for someone proactive and focused ready to step into a fun-loving, but results driven team. You’re a people person who loves making new connections and taking an active role in the local neighbourhood. You don’t shy away from events or opportunities to get to know prospective customers - if anything, you want to be a part of making those moments happen.

  • Planning and organisation is part of your style
  • You work well to deadlines
  • You make your biggest impact being out in the world and flying the brand flag
  • You’d much rather be scouting potential customers in the coffee shop, hosting events and hanging up posters, than tied to the laptop with an excel sheet

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
