Community Marketing Manager
The Community Marketing Manager is responsible for delivering initiatives that grow and engage the HotTopics executive community.
Working closely with the Marketing Director, this role will bring the Community Growth Strategy to life by creating exceptional member experiences and strengthening relationships throughout the community journey.
The role will manage the day-to-day digital community experience, ensuring members receive the right communications, opportunities, and experiences while helping capture the intelligence that creates lasting value for members, partners, and the wider business.
Grow the Community
- Deliver initiatives that grow the HotTopics executive community across priority markets and target accounts.
- Deliver community growth campaigns aligned to the annual marketing plan.
- Support international community growth across priority markets.
- Develop audience segmentation and member targeting.
- Increase executive membership across priority industries and accounts.
- Support commercial growth through community acquisition initiatives.

Engage the Community
- Create meaningful experiences that keep members engaged throughout the year.
- Develop nurture programmes and community communications.
- Increase participation across HotTopics Studios, Awards, and community initiatives.
- Create opportunities for members to connect, contribute, and give back.
- Improve member retention and advocacy.
Website & Digital Experience
- Manage and optimise the HotTopics website.
- Continually improve website performance, user experience, and conversion.
- Create and optimise landing pages, events, and member journeys.
- Improve SEO and organic discovery.
- Ensure the website reflects the HotTopics proposition, products, and brand.

Community Intelligence
- Support the development of HotTopics' Community Intelligence by improving how insight is captured across the executive community.
- Develop opportunities to capture member insight across every community touchpoint.
- Support benchmarking and intelligence initiatives.
- Work closely with Marketing and the Head of Data to ensure community intelligence creates value for members, partners, and the business.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Campaigns, Design, Commercial, Editorial, Events, Community Management, and Data to deliver a connected community experience and support commercial growth.
