About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Community & Membership Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our community: supporting customers, members, trainers and stakeholders to ensure every interaction is seamless, helpful and memorable. What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, live chat and written correspondence
  • Support members, volunteers, trainers and business clients with queries, orders and complaints
  • Monitor internal dashboards to manage and prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Identify and report issues, working collaboratively to resolve them
  • Support administrative tasks across the team
  • Review processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in customer service and administration
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with customer databases or order processing systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes

What we offer in return:

  • £25,000 Salary
  • 35-hour hybrid week, with a minimum of 2 days per week in our WGC office. During your first 3 months, you’ll be required to work 4 days per week in the office to support training and onboarding
