Job Title
We are looking for an enthusiastic Community Mental Health Nurse with Older Adult Mental Health experience in Caithness.
About the Role
Your role will be with adults over the age of 65 or of any age if a memory concern. It will involve assessment, care planning, implementation and evaluation of the care plan, in partnership with the client and family and carers. You will also be involved in assessment and management of ongoing risk.
The role will involve medication monitoring, liaising with Psychiatrists, Primary Care and with other Social Care services, and referring on to other services as appropriate. You will be an active member of an MDT. You will be supervising students and Support Workers on occasion.
