In this role, you'll support adults experiencing severe and enduring mental health difficulties, providing high-quality assessments, therapeutic interventions, and personalised recovery planning. You'll work alongside a wide network of health, social care, voluntary sector and community partners, helping individuals access the right support at the right time.

You must be a car driver with access to transport for work purposes. Community mental health experience would be advantageous.
