Community Midwife (Complex Needs) Opportunity

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Community Midwife (Complex Needs) to join our dedicated maternity team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a midwife who is passionate about providing individualised and inclusive care to women and pregnant people who may experience additional social, emotional, psychological or clinical complexities during pregnancy and the postnatal period.

About the Role

As a Complex Needs Community Midwife, you will provide personalised midwifery care, working collaboratively with women, families and a wide range of health and social care professionals.

We are looking for a registered midwife who is compassionate, resilient, non-judgemental and committed to personalised care.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work autonomously, and the confidence to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience of working with women and families experiencing complex social or clinical circumstances would be highly desirable.

Most importantly, you will share our commitment to ensuring that every woman and family feels heard, respected and supported throughout their maternity journey.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
