Join our friendly and supportive outpatient nursing team at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust as a Registered Nurse. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in a busy community setting. You will be a professional role model, supporting students and colleagues while maintaining high standards of care. This role involves physical activity including walking and standing, and requires the ability to use manual handling equipment safely.
