Community Nurse

Devon (TQ postcode area) | Up to £39,000 DOE | Company Car or £4,877.50 Car Allowance | Monday-Friday | Days Only

Looking for a nursing role that offers more autonomy, better work-life balance and the chance to spend quality time with your patients?

I'm recruiting for a Community Nurse to join a leading specialist healthcare provider, supporting adults in their own homes across Torquay and the surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced RGN looking to move away from the pressures of a busy ward while continuing to deliver high-quality, hands-on nursing care.

The Role

Working independently in the community, you'll manage your own caseload while receiving support from an experienced multidisciplinary and clinical leadership team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing holistic clinical assessments
  • Developing and reviewing personalised care plans
  • Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care and treatment
  • Monitoring patients and responding to changes in their condition
  • Supporting and educating patients, families and carers
  • Liaising with GPs and wider multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records and high standards of clinical governance

About You

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
  • Adult nursing experience within a hospital or community setting
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
  • Confidence working independently and managing your own caseload
  • Full UK driving licence
