Job Title: Team Lead for Community Nursing
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to take up the post of Team Lead for Community Nursing on the beautiful Inner Hebrides of Mull, Colonsay, Tiree and Coll to provide Clinical Leadership and Operational day to day management for the district nursing team.
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual with the ability to provide professional and strategic leadership. The post holder will influence and drive forward Community Nursing to provide best possible patient centred outcomes. The post holder should be self-motivated, have an in-depth knowledge of Community Nursing, criteria, processes and NHSH policies. They will also have the ability to support the design and delivery of new models and pathways of care within the integrated team/ services and influence quality and a high standard of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Clinical Leadership and Operational day to day management for the district nursing team.
- Influence and drive forward Community Nursing to provide best possible patient centred outcomes.
- Support the design and delivery of new models and pathways of care within the integrated team/ services.
- Ensure quality and a high standard of patient care.
Requirements
- Must be a first level Registered General Nurse.
- Must hold a relevant specialist District nursing qualification.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of Community Nursing, criteria, processes and NHSH policies.
- Be self-motivated and have the ability to provide professional and strategic leadership.
Working Pattern
The post-holder will work flexibly in terms of location to develop and support other areas of team working within the Community Nursing service.

Flexible working pattern will be considered and base is negotiable. Consideration will be given to the right candidate being mainland based.
