About SmoothOps 365
SmoothOps 365 was founded by a former healthcare support worker who moved into IT and wanted to give other people a clear path to follow. We run live weekend IT training, fully remote, for healthcare workers and career changers with no IT background.
The Role
We are looking for a Community Operations Manager to take our message into the community. You will speak at faith and community groups and local events about SmoothOps 365, what we stand for and why people should join, and you will run the operations behind that outreach.
This is a part-time, flexible role that you can do alongside your current job.
What You Will Do
- Find faith groups, community organisations and events where our audience gathers
- Build relationships with faith leaders, community leaders and event organisers
- Give talks about SmoothOps 365 and answer questions honestly
- Follow up with the people you meet and guide them through to enrolment
- Keep the events calendar and a record of every lead
- Report back to the founder each month on what is working
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
