Exciting Fixed Term Band 6 Role Opportunity at Lincoln Community Mental Health Team
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic RMN to join our fantastic community team within Lincoln.
About the Role
Lincoln’s Adult Community Mental Health Services are a committed integrated service that strive to provide quality recovery-based support to people with severe and enduring mental health related difficulties.
Job Description & Competency Framework
The successful applicant will be providing high quality person-centred care to patients, families and carers. You will act as care co-ordinator, undertaking comprehensive evidence-based assessments and have a sound knowledge of Psycho-social interventions, supporting service users to work towards recovery goals, build self-resilience and promote independent living.

Working Environment
The post holder will be working within a friendly Multi-Disciplinary Team which includes:
- Community Mental Health Nurses
- Recovery Practitioners
- Occupational Therapists
- Nursing Associates
- Community Support Workers
- Psychiatrists
- Psychologists
- Admin staff
You will also be working alongside Neighbourhood Teams, Integrated Placement Based Teams, Adult Social Care, GP surgeries and other partner organisations to ensure the best outcomes for patients and carers.
Support and Development
- Robust clinical and managerial supervision on a regular basis.
- Additional training courses available.
- Encouragement to participate in Professional Development and stay updated with evidence-based practice.
Requirements
- Ability to travel independently in the community to deliver services.
- Hybrid approach to work.
