Ealing Cognitive Impairment and Dementia Services

About the Role

Ealing Cognitive Impairment and Dementia Services, within the Older People’s Mental Health Service, based at Acton and Greenford in EALING, offers a hugely exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking, adaptive team. We welcome applications from nurses on all parts of the NMC register with the required experience and skill set.

We are looking for dedicated, enthusiastic nurses who are highly motivated and caring professionals who can provide the best possible care with compassion to our patients.

Main Duties

You will have post-registration experience, preferably in the specified care group, and will be someone who can make a significant contribution in supporting the delivery of high-quality assessment, investigation, and treatment, supporting the team in the day-to-day running of the service whilst being expected to take a lead on a core aspect of service delivery.

The post holder will work with individuals who present with a range of memory-related health needs, by providing assessment, information, treatment, review, and support through individual and group work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
