We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our established Dartford Home Treatment team and Rapid Response Service in North Kent. This is an exciting time to join our team as recent investments and changes to the community mental health framework are creating more opportunities for dedicated work within the CRHTT service.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Provide 24/7 assessment and treatment to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis in the community.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver effective interventions.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is a registered mental health Nurse with relevant experience.
  • Possesses a passion for mental health and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Is motivated, energetic, and innovative with a desire to develop their skills

In this role, you will play a vital role in assessing patients' mental health needs, determining appropriate support levels, and ensuring their well-being within a legal framework.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify needs and risks.
  • Manage potential risks associated with patients' conditions.
  • Assess patients' capacity to consent to treatment options.
  • Ensure all actions adhere to relevant mental health legislation and regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with service users, staff, and relatives to identify goals and determine and deliver an appropriate intervention plan which aims to maximise engagement and performance whilst balancing risk, and promoting choice and independence.
  • Engage in short term psychosocial interventions appropriate to need and risks.
  • Participate in physical intervention training, if required, to support team safety.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
