An opportunity has arisen for a confident and enthusiastic Community Mental Health Nurse to work within the Skye and Lochalsh area of the Skye Lochalsh & Wester Ross Community Mental Health team.

Responsibilities
- Work within an Integrated Health and Social Care Team sharing your skills and abilities.
- Carry out assessments, care planning, care implementation, and reviews.
- Act as a case load holder for patients in Wester Ross.
- Demonstrate a broad range of clinical therapeutic work.
- Work both independently and within the multi-disciplinary team setting.

Requirements
- A full current driving licence is essential.
- Access to your own car for business purposes.
Additional Information
If you are moving into NHS Highland, a relocation package may be offered to the successful candidate.
