Are you an experienced Respiratory Nurse looking for your next leadership challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking Community Respiratory Service, where you will have the chance to shape the future of respiratory care and make a lasting difference to patients' lives.
We are seeking an ambitious, motivated and innovative clinician who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centred care. As our Band 7 Team Lead, you will provide visible clinical and operational leadership to a dedicated multidisciplinary team, supporting people living with long-term respiratory conditions to achieve the best possible outcomes within their own communities.
This influential role offers the opportunity to drive service development, lead quality improvement initiatives, champion workforce development and help shape the strategic direction of community respiratory services. You will inspire and support colleagues, foster a culture of excellence and innovation, and ensure the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care.

In this exciting leadership role, you will lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team, overseeing the day-to-day management and coordination of the service while driving innovation, quality improvement and pathway development. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will influence both operational delivery and strategic priorities, ensuring services continue to meet the evolving needs of our local population.
You will champion high standards of patient-centred care, support the development of staff and services, and lead initiatives that enhance outcomes for people living with respiratory conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician who is motivated to inspire others, improve services and deliver meaningful change.
