We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Community Safety Intervention Officer to join our Policy and Partnerships Team. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a leading role in preventing and addressing anti-social behaviour, working with residents, partner agencies, and local communities to deliver positive outcomes.
About the Role
As our Community Safety Intervention Officer, you will lead on the Council's response to anti-social behaviour, managing complex casework, and developing effective interventions to protect residents and support communities. You will work closely with a range of partners, including Hertfordshire Constabulary, housing providers, probation services, voluntary organizations, and safeguarding agencies.

Requirements
- Significant experience in community safety, preferably anti-social behaviour or within local government or a similar statutory organization.
- Vetted by Hertfordshire Constabulary, as this role requires use of their anti-social behaviour case management system.

Working Conditions
The post is offered on a full-time, permanent basis (36 hours per week). The Council operates a hybrid working system where employees may work up to three days per week from home.
