Community Senior Staff Nurse - up to 12 Month Fixed Term - Base to be confirmed.
This post is being offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract. Internal applicants who meet the eligibility criteria may be considered for a secondment opportunity, subject to agreement from their current line manager.

What You Will Be Doing
- Assessing new patients for nursing care in their own homes, creating and evaluating care plans.
- Undertaking skilled nursing care for a devolved caseload with support of the District Nurse.
- Support the District Nurse with leading the team on a day to day basis.

Our core service hours are 8am – 6pm, 7 days per week.
