Operational Manager - Neighbourhood Mental Health System
The postholder will provide the operational coordination and management for services delivered within the Neighbourhood Mental Health system for specialist teams. This will involve working closely with the Associate Director for Mental Health, local place-based leads, commissioners, and other stakeholders. The postholder will develop a culture based on the Trust's values, which is centered on achieving the best outcomes for service users, is flexible and responds positively to change, where staff feel valued, and services are coordinated to improve the experience of the patient and enable staff to work to their full potential.
The postholder will be part of the Bronze on Call Manager rota.
The postholder will provide the operational coordination and management for services delivered within the Neighbourhood Mental Health system for specialist teams. Please see the job description and person specification for full details of the post.
