Community Staff Nurse

Working with a supportive community nursing team, you’ll provide high-quality care to people in their own homes so they can stay as independent, safe and well as possible. Based on the role of Community Staff Nurse, you will assess needs, plan care and build trusted relationships with patients, families and other health and care professionals.

You’ll play an important part in delivering person-centred care, supporting people with a wide range of health needs. The role offers opportunities to develop your clinical skills, work autonomously and contribute to service improvement while being supported by experienced colleagues within the wider community nursing team.

What You’ll Do

  • Carry out holistic assessments and contribute to personalised care planning
  • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in patients’ homes
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues and partner organisations
  • Maintain accurate patient records and support high standards of care
  • Communicate sensitively with patients, families and carers, including in complex situations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
