Playground Games is looking for a Community Support Manager to work alongside talented Fable team in Leamington Spa on an agency contract.

About us

As a premier first-party Xbox Game Studio, we are passionate about creating genre-defining games that are accessible, beautiful, and, most of all, fun. We are currently developing the next chapter of the beloved Fable franchise, and we are looking for exceptional talent to work alongside our team as we continue to bring this iconic fantasy world to life.

About the role

As a Community Support Manager, you will work alongside the Community team to deliver world-class support operations, actionable player insights, and seamless collaboration between support and development teams. You will own the processes that track, triage, escalate, and resolve player-reported issues, while consolidating and sharing feedback and trends from support and community channels to stakeholders.

This position is offered on an agency contract, with the successful candidate employed by one of our trusted recruitment partners and assigned to work with Playground Games. The role is based at our state-of-the-art studio in Royal Leamington Spa, operating under our hybrid working model with a minimum of three days per week in the studio.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
