Salary – £26,208.78 per year (plus mileage* and travel time covered)

People with learning disabilities and autism across Surrey rely on us to provide care and support to allow them to live their lives as independently as possible. This may be in our own accommodation or out in the community in people's own homes.

It’s the belief that everyone deserves a level of independence, choice and control over their own lives that drives everything we do. Together, we enable and support people to live their best lives and reach their goals.

About The Role

Always motivated to achieve high standards of care and support, our Community Support Worker is the face-to-face contact for People we support, either in their home or assisting them to access their local Community. You will be a great communicator and able to liaise directly with Care professionals and able to accompany People we support to professionals meetings. Your role will have a positive influence on the People we support and assist them in achieving their personal goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
