Disability Equals Ability seeks a Community Volunteer Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our growing charity.

What Are We Looking For?
- Ability to Communicate Effectively with volunteers, Trustees, staff, and external stakeholders. Clear and concise communication is essential for conveying expectations, providing support, and fostering a positive environment.
- Passion for Working with People and Empowering Volunteers. The ability to build rapport, motivate others, and create a supportive community within the charity.
- Strong Organizational Skills to manage volunteer schedules, coordinate events and activities, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ability to prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and manage time efficiently is crucial.
- Proven Ability to Work Independently, Take Initiative, and Problem-Solve Effectively. The capacity to identify areas for improvement, propose solutions, and implement changes autonomously.
- Understanding of Fundraising Principles and experience identifying potential fundraising opportunities. Collaborating with the Fundraising and Marketing Manager to explore avenues for financial support and sustainability.
- Experience in Campaigning or Organizing to achieve social change.
