Lead Holistic Wellbeing Programmes

• Deliver personalized wellbeing assessments and support residents to develop meaningful wellbeing goals.
• Create tailored wellbeing plans that support physical, cognitive, emotional, and social wellbeing.
• Deliver a range of wellbeing interventions, including group exercise, healthy ageing initiatives, lifestyle coaching, health education, and one-to-one wellbeing support.
• Encourage sustainable lifestyle changes that help residents remain active and independent for longer.
• Empower residents to take ownership of their wellbeing journey.

Build Community and Healthcare Partnerships

• Develop strong relationships with NHS teams, Primary Care Networks, social prescribing services, charities, local authorities, healthcare providers, and community groups.
• Create meaningful partnerships that enhance resident wellbeing and increase access to services and support.
• Act as an ambassador for Inspired Villages within the local community.
• Bring external opportunities, expertise, and resources into the village to enrich the resident experience.

Champion Healthy Ageing

• Promote an evidence-based approach to healthy ageing, prevention, and long-term wellbeing.
• Support residents to improve the factors most closely associated with healthy longevity, including mobility, strength, balance, nutrition, cognitive health, social connection, sleep, and emotional wellbeing.
• Inspire residents to actively invest in their own health, wellbeing, and future independence.
• Help residents increase their health span whilst maintaining confidence, resilience, and quality of life.

• High levels of resident engagement and participation in activities and wellbeing programmes.
• Improved resident satisfaction, wellbeing outcomes, and overall village experience.
• Increased community involvement and resident-led initiatives.

• Increased utilization of village wellbeing facilities and amenities.
• Positive improvements in resident confidence, mobility, independence, social connection, and overall wellbeing.
• Innovative programmes that support healthy ageing and enrich village life.
• Achievement of wellbeing, membership, and village engagement objectives.

You'll Ideally Have

• Experience developing and delivering successful community engagement or wellbeing programmes.
• A proven track record of improving participation, engagement, customer experience, or wellbeing outcomes.
• Experience building and managing partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of healthy ageing, holistic wellbeing, behaviour change, or health promotion.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
• The ability to inspire, motivate, and connect with people from all backgrounds.
• Strong organizational, planning, and budgeting skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting older people to live well, stay connected, and age positively.
