We Are Hiring: Community and Wellbeing Manager
We are now looking for a Community and Wellbeing Manager to lead initiatives that support resident engagement, social connection, and overall wellbeing. As a Community and Wellbeing Manager, you will develop and deliver programmes, activities, and initiatives that enhance the lives of residents, creating a welcoming, inclusive, and vibrant community. You will take pride in fostering meaningful connections, supporting wellbeing, and ensuring residents feel valued and engaged.

The Role
- Creating and delivering a detailed programme of events, including collaborations with local partners, future customers, and prospective residents
- Building and maintaining local partnerships with groups such as GPs, dentists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure relevant services are available regularly
- Providing outstanding experiences for residents, local community partners, wellbeing members, and all visitors to the village
- Encouraging and empowering residents to identify, shape, and manage their wellbeing through holistic wellness plans
- Supporting residents to enjoy active and independent living within the village community
- Engaging residents in wellbeing assessments and creating personalised activity plans, which may include fitness, cognitive, or social activities
- Delivering a variety of wellbeing sessions, covering physical, social, and mental health activities
- Developing, managing, and running tailored activities for senior residents, including personal training, gym inductions, group exercise classes, and one-to-one wellbeing development plans
- Driving vibrancy in the village through promotion, events, activities, and full utilisation of all facilities

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in the wellness or wellbeing sector, with a track record of driving customer satisfaction, increasing engagement, and enhancing brand reputation
- Experience working with a diverse range of customers, ideally including residents aged 65 and over
- Strong financial awareness and budgeting skills, with a passion for maintaining high-quality services and consistently excellent standards
