As an Company Accountant in the property industry, you'll manage the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to support the business's decision-making. From handling financial records to preparing budgets, your work will play a key role in maintaining the organisation's financial health.

Description
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing.
- Assist with tax filings and liaise with external auditors when required.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.

Profile
A Successful Company Accountant Should Have
- Professional accounting qualifications or equivalent education in finance or accounting.
- Experience working within the property industry or a similar sector.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Job Offer
- Salary between £55,000 and £65,000 FTE, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position offering financial stability.
