About the Role
Private investment firm based in the West End seeks a UK-qualified lawyer with relevant post-qualification experience, ideally newly qualified to three years’ PQE, to join its in-house legal team and focus on the firm’s corporate and commercial legal needs.
Responsibilities
The successful lawyer will have a strong grounding in company and commercial law, with experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and providing practical, commercially focused advice to the business. Candidates are likely to be working in private practice or in-house.

This is a broad, hands-on role with direct exposure to senior stakeholders across the business. The lawyer will advise on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including commercial contracts, governance, employment, regulatory and risk matters, as well as supporting strategic projects such as acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments and corporate restructurings.
