The Opportunity
A highly respected and long-established Somerset law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to their successful Commercial Property team.

The Role
The successful candidate will work on a wide range of businesses, advising on a wide range of areas including:
- Business sales
- Acquisitions and mergers
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Shareholder agreements
- Franchises
- Agency agreements
- Business start ups
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from those with around 3-5 years of experience. You should be a confident communicator, commercially minded, and detail focused. You should also be able to manage your workload efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of client care.
The firm is looking for someone who is calm under pressure, proactive, and a true team player.
