JOB TITLE: Company Commercial Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+
LOCATION: Wrexham
SALARY: Up to £65,000 (DOE)
THE ROLE:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Company Commercial Lawyer to join a highly regarded specialist company commercial team within a Legal 500 recognised, multi-service law firm. You will advise a broad range of businesses on high-quality corporate and commercial matters, including solvent restructures, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, terms and conditions, joint ventures, partnership agreements, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, and wider commercial advisory work. Working closely with an experienced team, you will manage a varied caseload, build long-term client relationships, and play an active role in delivering commercially focused legal advice to an impressive client base. This role offers exposure to complex and rewarding work together with genuine opportunities for career progression.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Company Commercial Lawyers with experience handling a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. You will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage matters with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, ambitious, and proactive, with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality legal advice. You will enjoy working within a collaborative team, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be keen to contribute to the continued success and growth of the department.
