Location: Predominantly remote / work from home, with occasional travel to the UK and potentially internationally
Salary: R 25.000 per month
Start date: Ideally within 4 weeks of final interview

About Limited Edition Event Design
Limited Edition Event Design is the UK’s leading technical production and design house specialising in red-carpet events. We work across a huge variety of productions, from large-scale world premieres and after-show parties to experiential events, photoshoots and press conferences. We also support outside broadcasts with the design and technical delivery of lighting, LED screens, rigging and scenic.
Over the last year, we have designed, managed and installed technical productions for major premieres and events including Mission Impossible, Minecraft, Beetlejuice, Avatar 3, The Running Man, Wicked 2, Superman, Jurassic Park, F1, Ballerina, Sinners and The Fantastic Four, to name just a few. We also support major international awards ceremonies and events including the BAFTAs, London Fashion Awards and Olivier Awards. With more than 150 events each year, ranging from intimate productions to large-scale spectaculars, we are a busy, fast-paced and highly creative production house.
The Role
We’re looking for a Company PA/ Office Manager to join our growing team and help bring structure, organisation and effective data management across the business.
This is a varied and hands-on position where no two days are likely to be the same. You’ll work closely with the wider team, clients, freelancers and our Managing Director, helping to keep everything organised and moving in the right direction.
We’re looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, proactive, a great communicator and a genuine team player. In short, you’ll be the all-round office superstar who enjoys making things happen and keeping everyone one step ahead.

Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing company communications, filing and document management, and creating efficient workflows.
- Liaising with clients and the internal team to establish timelines, priorities and deadlines.
- Maintaining accurate company data and records within Monday.com.
- Booking and liaising with freelance crew for individual events.
- Booking hotels, flights and other travel arrangements.
- Responding to general enquiries and acting as an initial point of contact where required.
- Providing EA support to the Managing Director.
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks across the business.
- Occasionally working on-site to support the team with administration, logistics and travel.
- Ensuring company expenses are accurately recorded and maintained.
- Helping to continuously improve the organisation and efficiency of the business.
About You
You’ll be someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys being the person who keeps everything under control. Ideally, you will have experience in a PA, EA, office management, production coordination or similar administrative role, although we’re more interested in your organisational ability, attitude and aptitude than a particular job title.
You should be:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to anticipate what needs to happen next.
- A confident and clear communicator.
- Comfortable dealing with clients, suppliers, freelancers and senior management.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems and software.
- Comfortable working independently from home while remaining highly connected to the wider team.
- Calm under pressure and able to adapt when plans change.
- A positive, personable and reliable team player.
- Discreet and professional when handling confidential company and client information.

Experience within events, production, entertainment, television, film or a similarly fast-paced industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
Location & Working Arrangements
This is predominantly a work-from-home role, with occasional trips to the UK and to event sites, primarily across London. There may also be occasional opportunities or requirements for international travel. As the role is predominantly remote, a strong and stable internet connection and a suitable home-working environment are essential.

- Salary R 25.000 per month
- 20 days’ annual leave, plus 1 additional day for every completed year of service, up to a maximum of 25 days.
