Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Company Secretary and Administrator role based in Romford. The role involves managing company records, maintaining statutory registers, and supporting compliance with relevant regulations and filing requirements.

  • Preparing correspondence and documents
  • Organizing meetings
  • Maintaining calendars
  • Managing incoming calls and emails

The position also requires handling general office administration, supporting invoicing and basic bookkeeping, and coordinating with operational teams to ensure smooth communication and documentation. The individual will assist senior management with reports, confidential documentation, and administrative projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative skills, including document management, scheduling, and office organization.
  • Experience with company secretarial duties, such as maintaining statutory registers and preparing basic compliance filings, is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using digital filing systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a busy on-site environment.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role; experience in logistics, waste management, or related services is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, customer-focused approach when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualifications in business administration, office management, or a related field are desirable but not mandatory if supported by suitable experience.
