Ladwa Recruitment are working in a partnership with a leading specialist professional services firm to hire a Company Secretarial Assistant to join their growing Secretariat function. Highly reputable and leaders in the market, this firm provides services around the globe. This is a 12 month FTC.
As the Company Secretarial Assistant you will support the Company Secretary and be responsible for providing high quality company secretarial, administrative and governance services to the firm. It is an incredible opportunity working alongside a supportive line manager who will provide hands on training and development.
Duties Include:
- Scheduling and coordination for Partnership, Board and Senior Leadership meeting.
- Effective diary management, including key dates, deadlines and reporting schedules.
- Organise and attend Managing Partner meetings, including agenda preparation and action notes, preparing minutes and administration.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for Board members, Partners and other senior stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance records and support governance processes for internal policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the firm with projects and strategic initiatives.
- Companies House and statutory filings.
- Provide executive assistance to International Chairman.
- Support with the organisation and planning of the AGM.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is thinking about a career in Corporate Governance. The opportunity will require someone who is organised, has good attention to detail, strong relationship building skills, excellent written and verbal communicative skills, confidence, can work in a fast paced and challenging environment. It would be an advantage the ideal candidate has an interest in the CGI qualification.
