Company Secretarial Manager
I’m working with a well-established professional services firm seeking a Company Secretarial Manager to take responsibility for a varied client portfolio, provide technical governance expertise and support the ongoing development of its company secretarial offering. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to combine team leadership, client relationship management and commercial responsibilities.

- Oversee the provision of company secretarial and governance services to a diverse client base
- Provide guidance on UK company law, statutory compliance and governance matters
- Manage, motivate and develop teams across multiple offices
- Monitor workflows, resource allocation, billing and overall financial performance
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, systems and operational efficiency
- Contribute to business development and the growth of client relationships

Skills & Experience
- Substantial experience in company secretarial services
- Proven people management and leadership skills
- Strong commercial understanding and communication abilities
- Experience overseeing complex client portfolios and competing priorities
Hybrid working
Following probation, the arrangement is three days in the office and two days working from home.
