Head of Company Secretarial
My client is seeking to hire a Head of Company Secretarial to join a growing professional services firm to work from offices of either London or Farnham. This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to oversee a large and diverse client portfolio, lead high-performing teams, and drive the continued growth and evolution of a well-established governance function. Hybrid and flexible working options are available.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of governance and company secretarial services across a large client base
- Act as a senior advisor on UK company law, compliance and best practice
- Lead and develop teams across multiple locations
- Manage workflow, resourcing, billing and financial performance
- Drive process improvements, scalability and use of technology
- Support business development and client relationship management
Key Skills & Experience

- CGI qualified (ACG/FCG) or equivalent professional qualification
- Extensive senior-level company secretarial experience
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven experience managing complex, high-volume portfolios
Hybrid
After probation, the hybrid working policy is 3 days per week in the office; 2 from home.
