About the Company

Join a well-established professional services firm providing company secretarial and governance support to a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients.

About the Role

  • Manage company incorporations, dissolutions, restorations and statutory filings with Companies House.
  • Maintain statutory registers.
  • Prepare board minutes.
  • Support board and committee meetings.
  • Administer share transfers, allotments, dormant accounts, banking matters and corporate governance documentation.
  • Complete KYC, AML and compliance monitoring while liaising with Companies House and other regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

  • Ideally CGI qualified.

Required Skills

  • Previous company secretarial experience with strong knowledge of UK company law.
  • Experience maintaining statutory records and Companies House filings.
  • Experience with Diligent or similar governance systems is advantageous.
