Company Secretary – The Beauty Tech Group plc
Beauty Tech Group plc (TBTG) is newly listed on the London Stock Exchange (October 2025) and proud winner of New Company of the Year at the 2025 plc Awards. We are seeking a Company Secretary to support the Board and its Committees through this next stage of growth. This role is based in our Glasshouse office in Alderley Park, Cheshire.

Key Requirements

- Substantial professional experience in a FTSE-listed company.
- Working knowledge of the UK Corporate Governance Code, DTR, and Market Abuse Regulation.
- Track record supporting a Main Market or AIM board through its reporting cycle.
Highly Valued Experience
- Newly listed or recent IPO company experience.
- Share buyback, AGM, and Annual Report project management.
- Share plan experience.

- Self-starter with excellent organisational skills who can perform the role proactively and independently, as well as be a high-performing part of a team.
- Be flexible, pragmatic, resilient, and calm under pressure with a proven ability to work effectively in a demanding and fast-moving environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A hands-on 'can do' and solutions-driven attitude.
- Calm authority and presence with personal credibility.
