JOB DESCRIPTION

The Corporate & Company Secretary Paralegal will support the Group Company Secretarial function in maintaining robust governance across a global, multi-entity structure, ensuring compliance with:

  • UK Companies Act 2006 (for UK entities)
  • Spanish Listing Rules / CNMV requirements (for the parent company)
  • EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR)
  • Internal governance frameworks
  • Other identified regulations.

The role is focused on operational delivery, accuracy, and efficiency, enabling the senior CoSec team to deliver board excellence, regulatory compliance and scalable global governance.

Experience & Qualifications

Essential

  • 1–4 years’ experience in: Company secretarial, Corporate legal support and Governance administration
  • Understanding of basic company law and governance principles.
  • Experience supporting multi-entity environments or professional services firms.
  • Experience with governance systems (e.g. Diligent)
  • Detail-driven: Strong accuracy in handling governance records and filings
  • Organised & delivery-focused: Able to manage multiple deadlines across jurisdictions
  • Confidential & trustworthy: Handles sensitive, market-related information appropriately
  • Tech-enabled mindset: Comfortable with digital tools and data systems including Microsoft office
  • AI-curious: Keen interest in exploring how AI tools can improve processes, increase efficiency and achieve time savings.
  • Collaborative: Works effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
  • Adaptable: Able to operate in a fast-moving, scaling travel-tech business
