🚨 Company Secretary / Corporate Administrator | Fully Remote UK | 12-Month FTC 🚨
I’m recruiting for a Senior Corporate Administrator / Company Secretarial professional to join an established international corporate services team on a fully remote basis.
Role Overview
- Manage a portfolio of corporate entities
- Board meetings, minute drafting and resolutions
- Statutory, regulatory and governance requirements
- Client and intermediary relationships
- Corporate transactions and entity changes
- Support and review work of junior team members
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years’ corporate services / Company Secretarial experience
- Strong working knowledge of Bermuda corporate entities and regulatory requirements
- Hands-on Board meeting and minute drafting experience
- Experience managing an external corporate client portfolio - essential
- Chartered Governance / CGI qualification
- Viewpoint experience advantageous
