DUBACOI PRODUCTIONS Limited is a UK-based film and creative production company, part of a wider international group. We are building our UK presence and are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable professional to take on a key compliance and governance role within the company.
About the role
We are seeking a part-time Company Secretary / Sponsorship Compliance Officer to act as our Level 1 User on the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) Sponsorship Management System (SMS). This is a genuine, ongoing employed position — not a nominal or advisory appointment — and involves hands-on responsibility for the company's sponsorship compliance obligations.
Key responsibilities
- Acting as the Company's Level 1 User on the UKVI Sponsorship Management System (SMS)
- Assigning and requesting Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) in accordance with Home Office guidance
- Maintaining accurate sponsorship and HR records, including right-to-work checks and Appendix D documentation
- Submitting mandatory reports to UKVI within required timescales
- Monitoring SMS messages and UKVI correspondence, escalating matters to the Authorising Officer as needed
- Supporting the company's broader HR record-keeping (absences, contracts, National Insurance numbers)

Essential requirements
- Current and ongoing right to work in the United Kingdom without the need for sponsorship
- Based in the UK (fully remote role)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with online government/compliance systems
- Ability to work independently and communicate proactively
- No criminal convictions or civil penalties relevant to sponsorship suitability

Desirable
- Previous experience with UK company secretarial duties, HR administration, or immigration/sponsorship compliance
- Familiarity with Companies House filing requirements
