Are you looking for an exciting new co-sec/governance challenge within a reputable Financial Services firm? Then look no further!
My client is a growing and successful Alternative Asset Manager looking to strengthen their governance as they continue to grow. They are looking to bring in an experienced and dynamic company secretary with listed and board level experience, who has used digital entities and AI to strengthen the governance systems in place. You will shape the firm's governance structure whilst working closely with other teams of the business to ensure governance across divisions.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an established Company Secretary to take ownership of governance across a major alternative asset manager with direct exposure to its listed VCTs, senior leadership, and group-wide governance strategy.

The successful candidate is:
- A qualified Governance/co-sec professional who has significant experience in a leadership role within a co-sec/governance team
- Someone with proven experience working with boards and senior executives in a regulated environment
- Strong technically on Companies Act, UK Corporate Governance Code, and listed rules
- Currently working within Financial Services in the co-sec/governance team, preferably within an asset manager or investment manager
- Dynamic, personable, and innovative who wants to be creative!
