I’m currently partnering with a highly respected alternatives-focused search firm that is investing heavily in the growth of its business across London and Dubai.
The firm has built an outstanding reputation within hedge funds, asset management, and broader alternative investments, operating a specialist, research-led model that has enabled it to become a trusted advisor to many of the industry’s leading investment firms.
As part of its continued growth, the business is looking to hire ambitious recruiters from larger recruitment platforms who are looking to accelerate their careers within a high-performance specialist search environment.
Successful hires will work directly alongside some of the firm’s most successful Consultants and Partners. The successful individual will receive mentorship, training, and market exposure from these high-performing teams while developing their own specialism within the firm.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The ideal candidate will come from a successful agency recruitment background and be accustomed to balancing multiple live mandates, clients, and candidate processes at any given time. We’re looking for individuals who enjoy working at pace and have developed the discipline, resilience, and organizational skills that come from operating on busy desks. This is not a transactional recruitment environment; the firm’s model is highly consultative and research-driven. However, the consultants who thrive here are those who can combine genuine search quality with the energy and productivity typically associated with the best agency recruiters.
