During the assignment this position will primarily support the annual merit, bonus and equity planning cycles, but may also assist with ad-hoc benefits projects.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct technical, in-depth analysis of reward data to identify trends, model compensation program costs, and ensure pay equity and market competitiveness. Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and advanced calculated fields.
  • Benchmarking and Market Pricing: Conduct and participate in market salary surveys. Benchmark positions and develop competitive salary structures, grades, and ranges using market intelligence and survey data.
  • Compliance and Audits: Ensure all compensation practices and programs comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Conduct regular audits within Workday to ensure data integrity and system accuracy.
  • Training and Change Management: Support the development and delivery of training and communication materials related to compensation programs and Workday processes for employees and managers.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of compensation processes by identifying opportunities for automation and optimization within the Workday platform.
  • Rewards Program Support: Collaborate across the Rewards team to provide supplemental administrative assistance and support for tasks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
