Our mission is to create simplicity in agriculture – helping farmers grow. We are proud to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace and welcome candidates from all backgrounds.

About the Role

Shape the future of Total Rewards across an entire region, we seek a dynamic and experienced Regional Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Partner to drive our Total Rewards strategy across the EAME region (Europe, Middle East, Africa).

If you thrive in a global, fast-paced, and complex environment—and you are passionate about designing competitive, compliant, and business-aligned compensation and benefits programs — this is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Candidates will only be considered based in Spain, Poland or Hungary.

What You Will Do

As the Regional C&B Partner, you will be the key expert guiding compensation and benefits across multiple countries. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and communicating regional Total Rewards frameworks, policies, and guidelines.
  • Designing regional compensation structures, salary ranges, and incentive plans that align with global philosophies.
  • Leading market benchmarking and salary survey activities to ensure competitiveness.
  • Partnering closely with HRBPs to build attractive and motivating compensation packages.
  • Ensuring adherence to local labor laws, tax regulations, and employment standards across all EAME markets.
  • Collaborating with the global C&B team on initiatives, representing the region’s needs and insights.
  • Playing a key role in the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
  • Supporting the design and implementation of Sales Incentive Plans (SIP), ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Reviewing and optimizing employee benefits for compliance, competitiveness, and cost effectiveness.
  • Providing data-driven insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Managing regional workforce planning, including headcount and position management.
  • Partnering with HRBPs, Finance, and Business Leaders to ensure C&B decisions support the company’s objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
