Role: Compensation & Benefits Consultant – Oracle HCM Cloud
Location: UK – Remote
We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Consultant – Oracle HCM Cloud to support the design, implementation and optimization of the Compensation and Benefits module within Oracle HCM Cloud. The consultant will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to configure salary structures, bonus plans, benefits programs and incentive compensation while supporting system enhancements, integrations and reporting requirements.
Key Requirements
- Must be a UK National with a minimum of 5 years' residency.
- Experience with the Oracle Compensation & Benefits module.
- Strong experience configuring salary structures, incentive programs and compensation cycles.
- Knowledge of Total Compensation Statements and Workforce Compensation Plans.
- Understanding of workforce compensation cycles and eligibility profiles.
- Proficiency in Fast Formulas for complex compensation rules and calculations.
- Hands-on experience with:
- HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- HCM Extracts
- BI Publisher
- OTBI
- Understanding of integrations with Payroll, Core HR and Absence Management.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for third-party system integration is a plus.

Role Responsibilities
- Design, implement and optimize the Compensation and Benefits functionality within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Configure salary structures, bonus plans, benefits programs and incentive compensation.
- Support compensation cycles and workforce compensation processes.
- Configure and maintain eligibility profiles and compensation rules.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for complex compensation calculations.
- Support reporting requirements using BI Publisher and OTBI.
- Work with HDL and HCM Extracts for HCM data management and related processes.
- Support integrations between Compensation and Payroll, Core HR and Absence Management.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver appropriate Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Support system enhancements, integrations and reporting needs.
- Ensure compensation and benefits configurations align with organizational policies and applicable legal requirements.

Desirable
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with third-party systems.
