Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support payroll and reward operations across our European business. Based in either the UK or Ireland, this is a hybrid role offering a mix of office and remote working. You will take ownership of end-to-end payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective management of outsourced providers.

In addition, the role will support the administration and continuous improvement of benefits and reward programmes, contributing to key activities such as salary reviews, reporting, and employee lifecycle processes. The position requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high-quality employee experience.

What You Will Do

Payroll

  • Manage the relationship with an outsourced payroll provider across Europe and drive continuous service improvements.
  • Oversee overtime processes, conduct regular payroll audits, and ensure all employee data, payments, and deductions are maintained accurately.
  • Deliver payroll reporting, benchmarking, and compensation insights to support business decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
