An established Wealth Management & Investment Management company, highly recognised with a fantastic reputation.

The Role

THIS ROLE IS A 3 DAY A WEEK PART TIME POSITION – 8.30am – 5pm, based in London.

The Compensation & Benefits specialist will sit within HR and will be responsible for payroll submission and oversight, also supporting of the Benefits process, ensuring reward programmes deliver required outcomes within this top highly regarded Wealth Management and Financial Services firm.

Responsibilities

  • Work with HR colleagues in the management of the bi-annual salary and bonus review process, preparing salary templates and Manager Sheets for review.
  • Prepare overview for senior management on proposals and produce documentation for Remuneration Committee, and in conjunction with HR colleagues work together to distribute accurate and timely communications on remuneration reviews for staff.
  • Conduct annual and ad hoc reviews into salary benchmarking.
  • Support HR colleagues in overseeing the benefit cycle for the Wealth Management firm. Liaise with key providers in providing relevant data and information as required.
  • Assist in the production of communication relating to membership changes to Benefit providers and reconcile membership data of schemes at key intervals as required.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff and the HR team on benefit related queries.
  • Oversee the Payroll process from a HR perspective ensuring the monthly payroll submission is completed in an accurate and timely manner and uploaded to the Payroll provider.
  • Be responsible for the provision of MI relating to Compensation & benefits as required and working with HR to oversee the implementation of a flexible benefits provision.

  • Strong experience working in Reward, Compensation or Benefits – within HR, ideally from a Financial Services background, or a business that has deferred bonus payments.
  • Must have a good understanding of HR and Payroll systems (an understanding of bonus deferrals).
  • Highly IT literate, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
