We are looking for an Analyst who is passionate about video games and compensation to join us and our EA Total Rewards team.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in our Guildford or Madrid Office. You will report to the Senior Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • You will work with Compensation Managers and People Partners to perform analysis on compensation-related questions and support consistent application of compensation programs, and policies.
  • You will prepare compensation analysis using market data to support recommendations on pay decisions, salary ranges, geographic differentials, and compensation program changes.
  • You will contribute as a project team member on compensation projects, providing data analysis, documentation, coordination, and implementation support.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of compensation, rewards, HR analytics, finance, or related experience in a multinational company, technology organization, or compensation consulting environment.
  • Experience supporting compensation programs such as salary reviews, bonus cycles, market benchmarking, & salary structures, and job evaluation.
  • Related analytical experience.
