About The Role

This is a key role within our internal Reward, Performance, Benefits & Wellbeing (RPBW) team. This team provides reward support and advice to the UK firm on internal reward policy and operations. The RPBW team is part of the firm’s People Function community and consists of a group of 25 people including analysts, managers and senior managers reporting to the RPBW Director. We are now looking for an experienced compensation manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

The role consists of a need to combine reward expertise (particularly in employee pay and bonus strategy, policy and execution) with stakeholder management. The role will cover both operational, policy and more strategic firmwide reward projects as well as the annual salary review process. It will also include dealing with complex day to day queries as the need arises.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong analytical, written and commercial skills plus experience of dealing with a range of stakeholders. This is a business orientated role and would suit an individual who is enthusiastic and keen to strengthen their reward and project management skills in an operational environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
